- 1 frying pan
- 1 mixing bowl
Ingredients
- 2 Scoops Protein Powder Vanilla flavour works nicely
- 1 Tsp Baking powder
- 6 Tbsp Almond or other milk
- Butter for cooking
Instructions
- Whisk all dry ingredients except butter. Add milk slowly until you have the consistency you want.
- Heat the frying pan, and add a little butter. Spoon pancake mix to desired size. Allow the bubble to pop then turn over.
- Serve with your favourite topping
